Join us today! ** The*Executive Assistant Supervisor*plays a vital role in supporting the Director's office by providing comprehensive administrative support to high-level staff members, including the Director, Deputy Director and Communications Director. This position supervises administrative support staff at the central office, ensuring the smooth operation of the office while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all aspects of your role. Integrity, strong communication, and organizational abilities are essential to effectively manage tasks and projects that uphold the agency's objectives. In addition, this position will oversee the central office motor pool operations, including bookings, mileage and fuel reconciliation, and reporting requirements to Montana Department of Transportation. *QUALIFICATIONS*** The knowledge, skills and abilities for this position are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to: * Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. * Five years of experience in the agency services or related field. * Two years of supervisory experience. * Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis. *BENEFITS*** Your service is rewarded with competitive compensation and generous* *State of Montana Benefits.
