We are currently seeking an **experienced Client Service Representative** to join our dedicated team. This is more than a front-desk position — it’s a vital role in ensuring our clients feel welcome, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk in.

What We're Looking For:

We’re seeking a personable, organized, and professional individual — a true “ **service extraordinaire** ” — who can deliver an exceptional client experience. You should be passionate about animals, enthusiastic about helping people, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where empathy, communication, and attention to detail are key.

Responsibilities:

+ Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism

+ Schedule appointments and manage client communications

+ Handle phone inquiries and triage basic questions

+ Process payments and maintain accurate client records

+ Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed

+ Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in a customer service role experience is a plus.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

+ Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

+ Proficient in computer systems and scheduling software

+ Passion for animals and dedication to client care
