    Purpose of Position:

    The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator is responsible for optimizing and expanding data-driven eCommerce programs focused on providing an outstanding shopping experience on Sportsmans.com, including: product data mapping within our personalization program, NPS survey management, site-wide product content and imagery improvement initiatives, promotion code creation, data accuracy audits/enhancements, and similar tasks.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Data focused operations tasks involving website products and features

    + Optimize and monitor results for a robust and growing personalization program

    + Manage accurate cross-sell list to make relevant product recommendations to customers

    + Minor design tasks related to educating customers about website products and features

    + Monitor website product details for accuracy and update necessary data points

    + Enhance the product review program including promotion of user submitted photos and videos, user experience improvements, and more

    + Assist the Ecommerce Operations Manager with personalization, ratings/reviews, and voice of the customer projects

    + All other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Knowledge of Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Forms)

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially more advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.

    + Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams is a plus

    + Knowledge of basic project management practices and organization tactics

    + Possess an analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and strong bias for action

    + Ability to bridge relationships between business and technical teams

    + Basic knowledge of HTML or CSS is a plus

    Education/Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred

    + 2 years of online retail operations experience preferred
