    The Nurse Residency program continues Ozarks Health Care's mission, vision and values, to provide superior nursing development to achieve the program goals. - Transition from the entry-level advanced beginner to competent nurse -Develop effective decision-making skills related to clinical judgment and performance -Provide safe patient care -Strengthen commitment to nursing as a profession -Incorporate evidence-based science into practice Elgibility -Completion of LPN or RN program within the last 6 months -Current LPN or RN licensure preferred or scheduled with successful completion of NCLEX within 90 days -Commitment to the residency program including participating in general and specialized learning experiences, flexibility with day and night shift assignments, finishing activities related to the program and completing evaluations of the program, preceptors and facilitators -Commitment to Ozarks Health Care for one year
