    Temporary Facilities Assistant

     

    The Musco Facilities team has an opening for a Temporary Facilities Assistant our Oskaloosa office. Musco is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Facilities Department by cataloging and documenting physical assets. This role involves photographing equipment, recording key asset data (such as serial numbers, model information, and locations), and uploading relevant documentation (including manuals and lockout/tagout procedures) into Musco's digital asset management system. Assets range from vehicles and tools to HVAC units and other permanent fixtures. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, thorough, and capable of working independently in a variety of facility settings.     Essential Criteria:

    + High school diploma required.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.

    + Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    + Capture clear photographs of facility assets.

    + Record detailed information including asset type, serial number, location, and condition.

    + Upload and organize digital manuals, warranties, and technical documents.

    + Ensure lockout/tagout instructions are included for applicable equipment.

    + Maintain accuracy and consistency in the asset tracking system.
