    ### Job Duties

    Apartment Turnovers, Commercial Property Cleaning.

     

    Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

     

    Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

     

    Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure through completion of all tasks

     

    Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

     

    Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

     

    Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    ### Additional Compensation

    Apartment Turnovers are paid at a flat rate per unit. Compensation is based on size of unit and time it takes you to get it done correctly. As an example a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is compensated $150 PLUS $10 for cleaning supplies. These take approximately 6 hours to get them done if you work fast and efficiently. That's $25 per hour. Rates vary based on property and unit size. You can clean as much or as little as you would like.
