    JOB OPPORTUNITY: FIELD RECRUITER/PROJECT STAFF

    PART-TIME: 10 hours/week

     

    Salary: $20/hour (45 weeks)

     

    Study Title: Youth Mental Health Treatment Cascade

     

    Principal Investigator: Michelle Munson

     

    Job Description: Support the Youth Mental Health Treatment Cascade study by recruiting and orienting participants, collaborating on outreach materials, and contributing to broader project engagement efforts.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Collaborate on designing project materials

    + Field recruitment of potential study participants

    + Orient potential participants to the purpose and process of the study

    + Do literature reviews

    + Attend team meetings

     

    Performance Evaluation Procedures

     

    The staff member will meet with the Project Coordinator and other team members, as needed, on a regular basis to review completed tasks and plan next activities. During these contacts the staff member will also discuss professional development goals.

     

    Required Education, Experience, and Skills

     

    + Highschool diploma/GED required

    + Community college or college experience preferred

    + Experience with community-based programs

    + Strong relational skills needed for research study recruitment

    + Introduce the project, answer questions

    + High level of attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work on a team
