    **Sodexo’s** **Campus Segment at SUNY Delhi** is seeking a **Food Operations Manager 2** to play a key leadership role in a robust and diverse dining program.

    The SUNY Delhi dining experience features:

    + **Two unlimited dining halls** offering a wide variety of fresh, made-to-order meals

    What You'll Do

    + Lead and inspire a diverse team of culinary and dining professionals

    + Oversee daily operations across all dining venues, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

    + Plan and implement innovative menus and retail offerings that reflect current trends and student preferences

    + Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to optimize efficiency and control costs

    + Coordinate catering for campus events, special programs, and VIP functions

    + Foster a culture of teamwork, growth, and community engagement

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement -Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
