    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist to join our growing healthcare team at our Memorial City location. As an Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team.

     

    + Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans

    + Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises

    + Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records

    + Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs

    + Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

    + Utilize various physical therapy equipment and modalities

    + Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards

    + Participate in regular team meetings and care planning sessions

    Qualifications

    + Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum

    + One or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital preferred

    + Current state of Texas license, CPR certification

    + Outgoing and energetic personality

     

    Additional Information

    + Salary compensation of $80,000- $95,000 depending on experience
