    CNC Machine Operator – 2nd Shift | Gainesville, FL

     

    $21/hr | 6-Month Contract | Monday – Friday

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in the production of components that meet the highest industry standards.

    What You’ll Do:

    As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll work hands-on with precision equipment to support daily production goals. Key responsibilities include:

     

    + Operating CNC machines with minimal assistance.

    + Following written work instructions (WIs) and adhering to production specifications.

    + Adjusting offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality.

    + Inspecting your own work with minimal oversight.

    + Meeting daily production and quality standards.

    + Accurately documenting results and reporting deviations to the team leader.

    + Following GMP procedures, departmental SOPs, and all safety policies.

    + Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

    + Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.

    What You’ll Bring:

    Required:

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Strong math skills.

    + Proficiency with basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

    + Prior manufacturing experience.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
