    **Schedule:** 20 hrs/wk. (Days to be determined)

    **Pay Rate:** $24.00 per hour

     

    Play a key role in keeping aerospace programs moving forward.

     

    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Component Return Administrator** to provide supplemental administrative support for return tracking and supplier follow-up. In this role, you will help ensure critical aerospace components are managed efficiently.. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly support on-time returns, improved reliability, and customer satisfaction.

     

    What You’ll Do

    As a **Component Return Administrator** , you will:

    + Partner with the **Returned Goods (RG) department** to track units moving to/from customers and suppliers.

    + Monitor open work-in-progress (WIP) items, ensuring timely processing and accurate oversight.

    + Communicate with suppliers to **expedite returns** and raise alerts when items fall behind schedule.

    + Provide written updates to keep customers informed on return status.

    + Support tracking and oversight for both the **BD-100** (high-volume removals) and the **787 program** (EBAs and EBACs, new and repaired).

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

    + **High school diploma** required.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Ability to work onsite in **Troy, OH** .

    + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

    + Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or returns coordination.

    + Familiarity with aerospace programs or component tracking processes.

    **Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
