    CORT Events provides furniture rental solutions to trade shows and events including festivals, weddings, corporate events, or even the Superbowl!

     

    CORT Events is looking for a Warehouse Scheduler / Dispatcher to support our operations in Las Vegas, NV! The person in this role will successfully schedule deliveries, pick-up, and labor calls within budgets. Communicates with driver team to ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups are performed while maintaining superior customer service when confirming deliveries and pickup with venue contacts and operation team members.

     

    **Pay:** $21 / hour depending on experience.

    **Schedule:** This role willl support 2nd Shift - 2pm-10:30pm. Some weekends might be required.

    Responsibilities

    + Accurately and timely prepare the Show and event schedules for distribution.

    + Coordinates directly with Operations and DSR teams on scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups.

    + Ensure operations team adheres to prompt delivery and pick-up times as scheduled.

    + Be able to successfully resolve customer request for changes to the delivery and pick-up schedules.

    + Schedule temporary labor and travel logistics for driver team

    + Prepares documentation, maintains records and coordinates logistics for the movement of product by use of CORT policy.

    + Leads communications within each districts shipping and receiving area to schedule the arrival of carriers for loading and/or unloading.

    + Collects delivery / pickup data to update reports.

    Qualifications

    + 18 years of age or older.

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

    + 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + PeopleSoft Inventory software; Excel Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Web browser proficiency.

    + This is a physically demanding position in that it requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, occasional pulling, occasional pushing, occasional bending, and occasional stooping.

    + Long, unpredictable hours. May include evening, weekend, and some holiday work. Light traveling.

    + Physically able and willing to move furniture; ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis

    + Must pass drug screening (does not inlcude THC) as a condition of employment. CORT also participates in the E-Verify program
