As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the stability, performance, and evolution of the IT landscape. You will provide expert-level support across end-user environments, networking infrastructure, and system administration, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement across global sites.
What you’ll do as a Senior Technical Analyst:
+ Act as the highest escalation point for complex end-user issues across hardware, software, and enterprise applications.
+ Lead initiatives to improve service desk processes and user satisfaction.
+ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior support staff.
+ Good knowledge of networking concepts.
+ Collaborate with network engineers to implement upgrades and ensure network security and performance.
+ Document network configurations and maintain inventory of network assets.
+ Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and cloud-based services (e.g., Azure).
+ Oversee patch management, backup strategies, and system health monitoring.
+ Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
+ Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
+ Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
+ Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base development.
+ Performs other similar or related duties as required.
We ’re looking for a Senior Technical Analyst with:
+ 10 + years of experience in IT support, networking, and system administration.
+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networking protocols, and ITIL practices.
+ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
+ Experience with enterprise tools, cloud environments and platforms
+ Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
+ Experience with hardware: Scanners, Zebra printers, Time clocks, data collection
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team setting.

Knowledge & Skills required:
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English (both verbally and in writing).
+ Strong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
+ Self-motivated with a demonstrated drive for success.
Physical requirements and working conditions:
Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires:
+ Move throughout entire facility to attend to various issues, service customers and attend meetings
+ Work effectively in teams with strong communication skills and ability to facilitate
+ This Senior Technical Analyst position is located on-site in our East Longmeadow facility
