Overview
The Content Supervisor owns the strategic development and activation of content partnerships on behalf of an existing Zenith client.
Responsibilities
+ Focus on the life cycle of branded content programs with media partners, from ideation, briefing and program design through implementation.
+ Provide strategic input based on audience insights, past performance analysis, and robust knowledge of the marketplace.
+ Collaborate in negotiation strategies by building strong relationships with publishers.
+ Assist in establishing overarching goals and relevant benchmarks for every campaign.
+ Ensure smooth and timely campaign launch and execution with sharp attention to detail.
+ Accurately and timely reconcile billing and work with business affairs on all program terms
+ Collaborate with Brand and Media clients and internal Strategy, Investment, Video, Search, and Analytics teams to create and execute these programs.
+ Ensure timely communication of key information to internal and external teams, including updates or issues, to guarantee swift turnaround and buttoned-up execution of campaigns.
+ Escalate issues to VP, Content as needed.
+ Understand the content & digital landscape and adopt new media trends from a publisher, audience, and category perspective relevant to clients’ objectives and able to deliver quantifiable ROI.
+ Build relationships and understand the landscape across content and digital partners.
+ Contribute to client presentations and manage deliverables and communications for your content programs.
+ Understand and articulate client category expertise and knowledge of the competitive landscape.
+ Apply strong project management skills and a positive team attitude to collaborate with IAT on projects and meetings.

Qualifications
+ 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, content
+ Track record of managing content partnerships and campaign execution.
+ Strong understanding of digital media and content landscape.
+ Experience in audience insights and performance analysis.
+ Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
+ Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
+ Experience in client relationship management and presentation skills.
+ Up to date on marketplace trends and passionate about learning what is new in content

Compensation Range: $79,990 - $90,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
