We are seeking a forward-thinkingProcess Optimization Specialistwith strong expertise in process transformation and applied AI technologies. This role will focus on a select group of identified business processes that are ripe for optimization, driving measurable efficiency gains through a combination of process redesign and advanced agentic AI tooling. The ideal candidate will bring deep process improvement experience, hands-on familiarity with AI platforms (especially AWS-based services such as Bedrock), and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead the transformation and optimization of targeted business processes, leveraging process change methodologies and agentic AI tooling.
+ Partner with business leaders to identify pain points, assess opportunities, and design AI-enabled process improvement strategies.
+ Develop proof-of-concepts and scalable solutions using AWS services, including Bedrock and related AI/ML capabilities.
+ Translate business needs into AI-driven workflows that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and data science to deliver end-to-end optimized solutions.
+ Monitor performance of optimized processes, establish KPIs, and continuously refine solutions to maximize impact.
+ Stay current with emerging trends in agentic AI, automation, and process intelligence, bringing innovative ideas to the organization.
Qualifications
+ 7+ years of experience in process optimization, business transformation, or operational excellence.
+ Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
+ Practical experience with agentic AI platforms, ideally AWS Bedrock, and a solid understanding of applied AI/ML concepts.
+ Ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities, translating requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
+ Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder engagement and customer-facing roles.
Preferred Skills
+ Experience with AWS ecosystem (SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.) beyond Bedrock.
+ Familiarity with intelligent automation, RPA, or AI-driven decisioning.
+ Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci).
+ Experience in regulated or complex industries (finance, healthcare, utilities, government).
