The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for an outstanding finance candidate to join our Wireless Solutions Finance team.
This position will provide financial support and coordination on a complex contract/program, support the PM staff with the more complex financial analysis and reporting requirements (i.e. serve as the lead for cost variance analysis and reporting, monthly corporate forecast, EAC’s, cost baselines, risks and opportunities, and maintaining contract budgets).
The Program Financial Analyst is an individual contributor supporting an assigned portfolio of projects. He or she functions as an effective business partner to support the various program managers in providing financial support and analysis for planning, forecasting and decision making and overall delivery of financial commitments. Ability to effectively utilize corporate systems such as Deltek Costpoint, Cognos, Hyperion (CAPS), SmartView, etc. to obtain relevant financial data for analysis in support of program financial performance management.
Responsibilities:
The Program Financial Analyst function is responsible for all program financials, including:
+ Support the development of annual operating plan, management and review of cost, funding, labor charging, and all forecasting, and internal reporting
+ Supporting cash management including timely invoicing and revenue recognition
+ Assist in period-closing activities and support accurate and timely analysis of financial performance
+ Supports development of accurate and timely monthly status reports
+ Perform ad hoc analysis as required
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
+ At least 3+ years of related (technical project support or management) experience
+ Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and effectively handle and complete multiple tasks
+ Displays aptitude for learning and supporting financial planning, monitoring program requirements, and ensuring compliance with government and customer financial standards.
+ Ability to learn and utilize various IT systems
_Desired:_
+ Experience with Deltek Costpoint, PowerBI, Hyperion, SmartView, IBM Cognos and PowerPoint.
+ Familiarity with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$57,500-$117,900
