Your Tasks:

* Supports and organizes client specific PI's and required cycle count cadences

* Responsible for client reporting + timeliness

* Internal and External KPI Dashboards

* Initiates and monitors put away and replenishment audits

* Interfaces with client on system-to-system variances, and adjustments of stock in SAP

* Manages and tracks BOC's (back-order cancellation)

* Supports control tower with Warehouse Consolidations & Overall Warehouse Health

* Monitor and control aging and clearance of SAP interfaces

* System to client system reconciliation reporting + approved adjustments

* Trouble shoots broken EDI messages

* Monitors and reports on critical interfaces for lost or missing stock (888, 999, CC1)

* Support cross-functional teams in inventory-related projects and initiatives

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes and systems

* Develops and provides Operational inventory control training

Your Profile:

* Strong proficiency in MS Excel

* Strong working knowledge of SAP at a foundational level with focus in warehouse management

* 2 years minimum experience with inventory control

* 2 years minimum experience with inventory management

* Able to work onsite full-time in Louisville, KY
