The Chief Mission Integration Officer fosters the creation of a mission-centered culture that permeates strategy and operations throughout the organization, enhances relationships with the institutional Church and supports the Ascension Sponsor in its fulfillment of its Administrative and Spiritual privileges, responsibilities and accountabilities.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate executive presence and Virtuous Servant Leadership, management accountability and decision-making authority, as delegated by the Ministry Market Executive (MME) and SVP Mission Integration, for setting strategies, priorities, operation plans and budgets for a Ministry Market or a significant function that spans across the organization.
+ Oversee development and implementation of strategic processes and services associated with Mission Integration Centers of Expertise.
+ Establish the Mission Integration Plan and its strategic priorities for the ministry market, including goals, tactics and defined timelines and deliverables.
+ Foster integrated understanding of Sponsorship and the ministries' origins, and share responsibility for sharing the legacy of the future.
+ Serve as a strategic partner to the MME in the ongoing relationships with local Dioceses and the Catholic community.
Requirements
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences
Masters in Theology preferred or willingness to obtain through internal programs
