    Job Description

    What** **you’ll** **do

     

    Financial Crimes is an integral part of U.S. Bank’s Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C) organization. Over the course of 2.5 years, you’ll rotate between Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Fraud, gaining hands-on experience across key areas of financial crime prevention. Through these rotations, you’ll build a strong foundation for a career in financial crimes by combining on-the-job experience, formal training, mentorship, and collaboration with federal law enforcement experts.

    As a** **F** **inancial** **C** **rimes** **R** **otation** **P** **rogram** **A** **nalyst,** **you’ll** **:

    + Proactively prevent, identify, and mitigate financial crime risk

    + Enhance your investigative capabilities, network across anti-money laundering and fraud investigation teams

    + Potential to collaborate with law enforcement subject matter experts to meet Financial Crimes’ needs at U.S. Bank

    + Develop business and risk acumen through training and exposure to senior leaders

    + Build a supportive peer network through cohort activities like social events, volunteer days, and development workshops

     

    Who** **we’re** **looking for

     

    Are you passionate about justice and protecting society from financial crimes like money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud? If you’re curious, analytical, and eager to learn how banks partner with law enforcement, this program could be a great fit for you!

     

    We welcome applicants from a wide range of academic backgrounds – including but not limited to finance, accounting, criminal justice, economics, data analytics, and other related fields.

    Basic qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree completed prior to start date

    + Ability to start development program on July 13, 2026

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Intellectual curiosity and growth mindset

    + Open to candidates from a variety of academic backgrounds, including Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Economics, Data Analytics, or other related fields

    + Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

    + Vigilance in gathering and reviewing data to identify issues and drive results

    + Highly organized; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

    Working model and hours:

    This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

     

    Rotational program members work approximately 40-hours each week in this fulltime role.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
