    *How you’ll contribute*

    APatient Service Representative PRN - Express Care Clinics who excels in this role:

    • Requires excellent customer service skills, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

    • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

    • Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team, and perform detail-orientated functions.

    • Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills and organization

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

    *What we’re looking for *

    Applicants should have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:

     

    * 1 year of general office experience in medical setting preferred

    * Basic Life Support (BLS) required (available upon hire)

    * Annual influenza vaccination or declination required
