    Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.Responsible for the assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation of staff education initiatives that meet organizational needs and support the mission and vision of Highpoint Health with Ascension Saint Thomas. Directs the Student Clinical Placement program.

    Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other Clinical Field - Required

    BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required within 90 days of hire, if not current upon hire.

    Four years experience in human performance improvement, training, or OD methodologies with expertise in competency assessment, needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, and evaluation
