    2nd Shift & Weekend Shift Opportunities

    Our Quick Coupling Division in Grantsburg, WI is looking for new Assembly team members to help keep the world moving. You will use your hands and machines to build Parker couplings in a safe and sustainable manner.

     

    What Is a Quick Coupling?

     

    Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies and systems with $19.9B in revenue in 2024. Parker’s Quick Coupling Division is the largest manufacturer of quick couplings in the world. A quick coupling is used to provide a fast, make-or-break connection of fluid or gas transfer lines. Our *** plant provides critical equipment for many different industries including Agriculture, Construction, Semiconductors, and Data Centers.

     

    + Assemble quick release couplings

    + Operate all assembly equipment

    + Package completed assemblies for shipment

    + Verify the function of the product

    + Participate in continuous improvement opportunities and help implement them by using the A3 and 3 legged 5 why tools

    + Ensure quality standards are met in all processes

    + Follow standard work and work instructions

    + Maintain clean work environment using 5S principle

    + Work in a safe manner, complying with all safety policies and procedures

    + Maintain a minimum 90% daily attainment level

    Physical Requirements

    + Continuously lifting and moving light weight material (1-15 lbs.)

    + Frequently lifting and moving average weight material (15-35 lbs.)

    + Occasional lifting and moving average weight material up to 40 lbs

    + Standing is required for this position

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Good verbal and written communication skills

    + Good dexterity

    + Attention to detail through visual inspection

    + Able to effectively work independently and in a team environment

    + Motivated and have a can-do attitude

    Schedules

     

    2nd Shift- Four Ten-Hour Shifts Per Week, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM

     

    Weekend- Three Twelve-Hour Shifts Per Week, 2:00 PM - 2:30 AM
