    The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide.

     

    Scope of the Position

     

    The purpose of the internship is to increase knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its Gen AI opportunities. Increase knowledge of the IT Organizations through collaboration on automations opportunities within ServceNow.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Increase knowledge of the ServiceNow platform

    + Assist in the gathering of requirements and use case for ServiceNow Agentic AI

    + Collaboration and requirements gathering for catalog management within ServiceNow that support the Global D&IT portal for forms management

    Education & Experience

    + B.S. Information System Management, Data Analysis

    + GPA of 3.0 or above

    + Relevant experience a plus

    Required Skills

    + Understanding of AI and Machine Learning, Programming and Coding Skills (Python)

    + Data Analysis and Interpretation

    + Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking

    + Communication and Collaboration

    •The range for this position is $1,635.00 - $3,185.00 biweekly. Starting pay for the successful applicant is prescribed based on geographic location, nature of position, and year in school.
