Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Electrical Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Wilson, NC

**Pay Range:** $30 - $40 per hour depending on experience

**Shift:** Usually days Monday - Thursday/Friday, 10-12 hour days, on call if we run a night shift

What's the Job?

+ Diagnose and repair electrical equipment, including motors, relays, control panels, wiring, and PLCs.

+ Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machines to minimize downtime.

+ Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.

+ Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and electrical codes.

+ Respond to emergency breakdowns quickly and effectively.

What's Needed?

+ 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

+ High school diploma or GED required; technical diploma or certification preferred.

+ Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, motors, sensors, and PLCs (Allen-Bradley a plus).

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.

+ Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and NFPA 70E electrical safety practices.
