Position Responsibilities:

Define the vision and roadmap of AWS Marketplace new features. Responsible for identifying and leading work on most complex, large-scale products that have a major impact on the entire service and revenue. Serve as a lead on demanding, multi-team, cross-functional projects. Actively participate in hiring talented people and develop career of Product Managers, mentor individuals, and help other managers guide the career growth of their team members. Play a critical role in the broad business planning, working closely with senior executives to develop business targets, annual and three year roadmaps, and resource requirements. Help form long-term product and business strategy and goals. Demonstrate high levels of creativity and judgment. Understand business context and technology stack deeply to inform decisions. Contribute to AWS growth by working directly with customers and partners.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: 1) working in technical product management; 2) working with AWS services or B2B software sales; and 3) delivering large-scale product offerings for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market).

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $199,200/year to $269,500/year.
