• Assembly Technician – Fast-Paced Production | Statesville, NC

Pay: Starting at $18/hr — potential to earn up to $19/hr based on interview performance!

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Fridays: Overtime as needed — enjoy a 3-day weekend when OT isn’t required!

•️ What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Assemble equipment using blueprints or product knowledge

+ Use hand tools, power tools, and air tools to fasten parts securely

+ Perform precision fitting by removing small amounts of metal

+ Operate machines for force fitting and fastening operations

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace — no janitorial staff, so teamwork is key!

+ Be flexible and open to additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

• What We’re Looking For:

+ 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment

+ Comfortable working with mechanical tools and blueprints

+ Strong attention to safety and detail

+ Willingness to work overtime when needed

• Top Skills:

+ Mechanical Assembly

+ Blueprint Reading

+ Hand & Power Tool Operation

+ Production Line Experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
