+ Assist with unit upgrades and turnover preparation for new residents.
+ Monitor and respond to requests through the maintenance ticketing system.
+ Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in good condition.
+ Collaborate with property management, residents, and fellow staff to address maintenance concerns respectfully.
+ Support the overall mission of providing safe, well-maintained homes to our community.
What We’re Looking For:

+ Previous exposure to maintenance or handyman work (professional or personal/home-based).
+ Familiarity with basic building systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
+ Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.
+ Compassionate and respectful when interacting with residents, many of whom may be vulnerable or elderly.
+ Ability to think critically, solve problems, and work cooperatively within a team.
+ Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the support of an experienced team.
+ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between Boston-area properties.
Why Join Us:
+ Hands-on learning and training with experienced maintenance professionals.
+ Opportunity to build valuable technical and problem-solving skills.
+ Contribute directly to providing safe, dignified housing for individuals and families.
Be part of a compassionate, mission-driven team that values respect and teamwork.
