    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    The Operator I role is a versatile position responsible for executing scheduled production orders, with opportunities to work across the blending, compression, and packaging departments. This individual will blend powders, compress tablets, and operate packaging machinery. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment, and compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations to ensure products meet quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Execute scheduled production orders across blending, compression, and packaging departments.

    + Blend powders and compress tablets as per the production schedule.

    + Operate packaging machinery efficiently and safely.

    + Adhere to safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment.

    + Ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMP regulations.

    + Maintain high-quality standards for all products.

    Essential Skills

    + 2 years of machine operating experience.

    + 2 years of troubleshooting experience.

    + 2 years of inspection experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Machine operation proficiency.

    + Line lead experience.

    + Troubleshooting skills.

    + Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

     

    Why Work Here?

     

    This is a brand new facility that is climate controlled, currently housing 50 employees with plans to grow to 150 by the end of next year, providing contractors an opportunity to join at the ground level. Pay starting at $20/hr.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work on the 1st shift from 6am-2:30pm with a 30-minute paid lunch. This is a powder facility, resulting in a dusty environment with a strong cleaning smell as cleaning products are manufactured here. The majority of the production line speaks Spanish, so candidates should be aware of potential language barriers.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
