Job Title: Production Line Associate - 1st Shift Blending
Job Description
This role is crucial for ensuring the effective operation of the production line to meet production, budgetary, quality, safety, and waste goals. Under the supervision of the Production Manager, you will work at a steady pace on a continually moving production line, multitasking and adapting to various assignments. You must maintain a clean work area, follow all safety and Good Manufacturing guidelines, and collaborate well in a team environment to meet production standards.
Responsibilities
+ Set up the production line, handle product changeovers, and adjust line equipment.
+ Operate processing, filling, and packaging production line equipment.
+ Perform quality inspections of products and packs, including visual checks of raw materials, caps, labels, date codes, weights, packaging, and seals.
+ Monitor work activities of the line team to ensure effective operation, meet production needs and quality standards, and minimize downtime.
+ Process inventory control transactions using SAP and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
+ Perform allergen clean-up and daily housekeeping duties in the work area.
+ Assist in training employees on the operation of the line's equipment and company processes.
+ Support and develop team members, demonstrating dependability and a commitment to quality work.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read and write clearly and effectively.
+ Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
+ Capability to remain attentive and focused during 12-hour shifts while standing.
+ Experience with production, general labor, machine operation, and machine operating.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in warehouse production, loading, and packing.
+ Troubleshooting skills.
+ Familiarity with SAP for inventory control transactions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
