    Job Title: Construction Laborer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled construction laborer to assist with various tasks in McCall, Idaho. This short-term position involves working closely with the superintendent and completing jobs independently. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously without much supervision.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with general construction tasks..

    + Conduct site clean-up and sweeping.

    + Move materials and assist team members.

    + Install plastic infection control barriers.

    + Utilize hand and power tools effectively.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in general construction.

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools.

    + Ability to read and use tape measures.

    + Capability to work independently.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is based in a hospital, and this employee will be working both indoors and outdoors. You will be involved in various tasks around the facility, including cleanup, light demolition, building protective barriers, and completing other assigned duties. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with required overtime as the project wraps up.

    This is a Contract position based out of McCall, Idaho.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
