Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on a variety of equipment. Your role will involve diagnosing electrical and mechanical malfunctions through inspection, operation, or testing of machinery and components. The equipment includes 3-phase motors, gearboxes, motor control circuits, VFDs, sensors, switches, conveyors, and packaging equipment. Additionally, you will conduct routine preventative and predictive maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, and performing other preventive maintenance tasks. You will utilize prints, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts catalogs as necessary.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on equipment to address electrical and mechanical malfunctions.

+ Inspect, operate, or test machinery and components, including 3-phase motors, gearboxes, and motor control circuits.

+ Conduct routine preventative and predictive maintenance tasks such as inspecting drives, motors, belts, checking fluid levels, and replacing filters.

+ Utilize prints, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts catalogs in maintenance activities.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.

+ Industrial maintenance experience.

+ Experience with conveyor maintenance and low voltage troubleshooting, including photo eyes and sensors.

+ Mechanical experience with hydraulics and gearboxes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with VFDs, sensors, switches, conveyors, and packaging equipment.

+ Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and repair manuals.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of West Chester, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Full company benefits are made eligible for new hires from day 1 including health, vision, dental, and 401k match.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in West Chester,OH.
