Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill Executive Assistant positions located in Warren NJ 07059
Pay Rate $32.90 /hr.
M-F: 8am-5pm
• Plan and execute logistics for all town hall meetings including selection of facilitators and follow ups
• Plan and manage logistics for off-site meetings including venue selection, hotel contract, catering and budget reconciliation.
• Manage complex calendar, prioritizing meeting requests.
• Plan and manage extensive global travel itineraries including securing visas, maintaining tight deadlines and frequent changes.
• Manage and update team organizational charts and distribution lists
• Handle Supply Chain announcements via Facebook Workplace and all other communication vehicles available
• Audit and process expense reports and invoices through Amex Concur system
• Create, monitor and process purchase orders, candidate expense and supply orders via Cerps system
• Troubleshoot and liaise with all support groups (IT, HR, Finance etc.) whenever necessary in support of our team members.
• On-boarding of new hires
• Handle projects pertaining to team building and engagement throughout the year.

**Pay Details:** $32.90 per hour
