Job Title: Aseptic Technician - 2nd Shift Job Description
Join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the treatment of bladder cancer. As an Aseptic Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our manufacturing processes. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to validate new areas, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with the validation of new areas, including manufacturing equipment and processes.
+ Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve deviations.
+ Participate in aseptic process simulations, media fills, and equipment qualifications.
+ Conduct in-process inspections and quality control checks to verify product quality.
+ Complete necessary logbook, form, and batch record documentation while adhering to cGMP and Good Documentation Practices.
+ Contribute to process enhancements, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements.
+ Complete initial aseptic gowning and process qualification and maintain qualification for Grade A and B environments.
+ Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in aseptic clean rooms (Grade A & B) and filling rooms.
+ 2-3 years of industry experience.
+ Proficiency in aseptic techniques, troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes.
+ Familiarity with cGMP and cleanroom protocols.
+ Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and standard operating procedures.
+ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills.
+ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational education is a plus.
+ Minimum 1 year experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharma/biotech industry.
+ Ability to understand equipment alarms and escalate as necessary.
+ Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment
Work in a Grade A & B clean room environment where aseptic gowning is crucial. The role requires flexibility in working shifts, which may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as per production schedules.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Parsippany, New Jersey.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.84/hr.
