Responsibilities

+ Work with advanced test stands to assemble and sub-assemble critical aerospace components.

+ Ensure all work meets rigorous safety and quality standards.

+ Collaborate with a team of expert technicians to drive innovation in aviation.

+ Perform troubleshooting and maintenance using test equipment and hand tools.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions accurately.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with test equipment and blueprint reading.

+ Knowledge of hydraulics and troubleshooting techniques.

+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

+ Soldering and assembly skills.

+ Possession of an AMT certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ 10 years of related experience in assembly or industrial work preferred.

+ FAA-certificated AMT or similar certification is a plus.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical instructions, and safety procedures.

+ Strong math skills for computing rates and creating bar graphs.

+ Good reasoning ability and problem-solving skills.

+ Effective communication in English and a collaborative mindset.

Work Environment

This role is based onsite in Oxnard, CA, working with advanced aerospace technology in a collaborative and safety-focused environment. The position requires the use of various hand and power tools, as well as test equipment. Expect a commitment to excellence and a culture of teamwork.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxnard, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $42.00/hr.
