    Job Title: Manufacturing Process Technician Job Description

     

    We are seeking motivated Filling Technicians to join the Aseptic Production Team at a leading pharmaceutical facility. This role involves supporting product production in response to increased market demand. The primary responsibilities include loading materials, completing electronic batch records, logging book entries, documenting work orders, performing process checks for quality assurance, and managing batch packaging records. A tech-savvy attitude and a focus on process improvement are essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Load materials and manage production processes.

    + Complete electronic batch records and log book entries.

    + Document work orders and conduct process checks to ensure quality.

    + Manage batch packaging records for materials.

    + Identify and report recurring issues, providing solutions for improvement.

    + Communicate effectively and contribute suggestions for process improvement.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in manufacturing operations and understanding of biotechnology.

    + Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) knowledge.

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, such as automotive, retail, or logistics.

    + Technical proficiency for handling electronic documentation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Exposure to pharmaceutical, food, medical device, or cosmetic industries is a plus.

    + Bioworks or Associates in Biotechnology is preferred, indicating a strong desire to work in pharma.

    Work Environment

    This position operates within a manufacturing environment, initially on a day shift (Monday to Friday) for training, transitioning to a night shift based on a 2-2-3 schedule. The environment is currently experiencing high demand, so expect a fast-paced and supportive atmosphere. Employees are provided with scrubs and must wear closed-toed shoes or work boots. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork and success, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and work-life balance.

    This is a Contract position based out of Clayton, North Carolina.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
