    What You’ll Do

    + Keep pool areas safe and secure for all patrons

    + Respond quickly to emergencies with CPR, First Aid, or AED

    + Maintain a clean, hazard-free pool deck

    + Conduct routine water quality tests and report issues

    + Follow all safety protocols and organizational policies

    + Protect privacy by adhering to PHI guidelines and completing annual training

    What We’re Looking For

    + Education: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

    + Experience: Prior lifeguard experience & familiarity with pool filtration systems (Preferred)

    + Certifications:

    + Lifeguard Certification (Required)

    + First Aid, CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers

    + Water Safety Instructor (WSI) (Preferred)

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

    + Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling

    + Strong coordination and constant alertness

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20000.00 - $40000.00/yr.
