    What You’ll Do:

    + Guide customers through the financing process with professionalism and transparency

    + Present financing options, extended warranties, and protection products that best fit customer needs

    + Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations

    + Partner with the sales team to maximize profit and customer satisfaction

    + Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Previous experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership

    + Strong knowledge of finance and leasing practices

    + Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    + Proven track record of performance and compliance
