    ** The pay scale above is the compensation range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.

    Here’s what you’ll be doing:

    + Process factory warranty claims

    + Process extended service contract claims

    + Process Titanium claims

    + Process Kornerstone claims

    + Process PDI claims through factory

    + Follow up on all miscellaneous claims

    + Ensure payment on all claims within 30 days

    + Run report showing work in process daily. All warranty RO’s need to be closed within 5 days. If work is not complete communicate with Service Manager.

    + Ensure Service Manager has signed all PDI repair orders

    + Ensure DPSM signs all repair orders that have warranty work authorized by him/her

    + Review schedule with Service Manager before meeting with Controller weekly

    + Turn schedules into Controller weekly for review.

    + File all warranty RO’s within 30 days

    + Verify criteria required by factory or distributor.

    + Maintain Schedules 22 (Kornerstone Svc A/R) 20 (Warranty Claims) 25 (Extended Warranties). Review schedules weekly (Thursday) with Manager.

    + Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims.

    + Attend monthly shop meeting to discuss any pending claims.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Here’s what you’ll need:

    + 2 years of experience as warranty clerk or similar experience preferred

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Valid CA Driver's License

    + Some weekend availability and open to do some overtime to help close month end.

    + Strong trouble-shooting skills and demonstrated trustworthiness

    + Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

    + Advanced computer skills
