    _Our Client, a Fortune 500 leader, is hiring for_ **_Inventory Services – Onsite Technician_** _. Be part of a team setting science in motion across the biopharma, healthcare and advanced technologies industries._

     

    **Location:** Tarrytown, NY

    **Shift:** Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm

    **Pay:** $20.00/hr.

    **Type:** 6-Month Contract , possibility to convert

    *The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and customer service. This is a hands-on role involving inventory replenishment, material handling, and logistical coordination.*

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Facilitate replenishment of consumable lab inventory

    + Manage inventory at customer’s point-of-use or in stockrooms

    + Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with third-party couriers

    + Handle and manage chemicals, including hazardous materials, in compliance with safety protocols

    + Perform basic order entry and track backorders

    + Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    + Operate pallet wrapping equipment

    + Perform general warehouse tasks, including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and manual labor

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or customer service

    + Experience in a laboratory environment or with PPE/signage is a plus

    + Previous safety training is helpful

    Required Skills:

    + Strong communication and customer service skills

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a professional, can-do attitude

    + Comfortable working with chemicals and adhering to strict safety protocols

    + Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.

    + Must wear steel toe safety boots

    + Must meet all background check and health/safety requirements
