Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Attire: Business Casual

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personalized financial services to current and prospective members, helping them achieve their homeownership goals while supporting our mission to improve financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities

+ Serve as a trusted financial advisor by recommending tailored solutions to improve members' financial situations.

+ Originate investment-quality loans that meet the diverse needs of our membership.

+ Foster strong, trustworthy relationships with branch staff and lending processors.

+ Actively participate in real estate business development initiatives to grow our lending portfolio.

Qualifications

+ Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

+ Minimum of 5 years of mortgage lending experience in a retail financial environment.

+ Familiarity with a variety of loan products including 1st and 2nd mortgages, WHEDA, construction loans, and loan processing.

+ Must be able to attain and maintain NMLS certification.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
