    Our client, a leading manufacturer of food packaging products, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their night shift team in Randleman, SC.

     

    **Shift:** 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

     

    COP Schedule

    What you’ll do… 

    + Supervise and mentor a team, promoting safety and continuous improvement while ensuring top-notch product quality.

    + Schedule production priorities, coordinate staff, and manage workflows to hit production goals on time.

    + Foster a collaborative environment where employees are motivated and committed to achieving excellence.

    + Track and analyze KPIs, adjust strategies as needed, and generate reports for site management.

    + Inspect product and sign quality control check sheets as required per quality standards/procedures

     

    What you’ll need... 

     

    + Two (2) years of supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Three (3) years of experience in a production environment

    + Ability to display strong interpersonal skills, be accessible and approachable

    + Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures

    + Thermoforming or plastics experience preferred, willing to relocate the right experience
