Position Description Now Hiring: School Aide – Pasadena, CA

Hourly Rate: $20 Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available Location: Pasadena, California

Join our dedicated team of educators and support staff in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for students. As a School Aide, you’ll play a vital role in assisting teachers, supervising students, and helping with day-to-day school operations.

+ Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson prep

+ Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions

+ Support students with special needs in inclusive settings

+ Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom

+ Perform light administrative tasks (e.g., filing, answering phones)

+ Monitor hallways and ensure school-wide safety protocols are followed

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Experience working with children or in an educational setting (preferred)

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ Ability to multitask and follow directions

+ Basic computer skills (e.g., email, word processing)

+ CPR/First Aid certification a plus
