• Quality Manager Senior

    Amentum (Chantilly, VA)


    Amentum is seeking a **Quality Manager Senior** to support our **FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3)** contract.

    Responsibilities

    + Leads the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of the Quality Management Program (QMP), ensuring alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) compliance standards, contractual obligations, and ARNG G-2 mission objectives.

    + Oversees quality across all IS3 Task Order services, deliverables, and performance outcomes to meet or exceed mission effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

    + Works close with the Risk Manager within the B2C2WG governance structure to drive quality across all task areas, incorporating standards from ISO 9001:2015, CMMI-SVC Level 3, and DoD quality assurance frameworks.

    + Reports to the Program Manager and ARNG G-2 TPOC, with direct responsibility for incorporating the QMP into the Program Management Plan (PMP) and maintaining traceability through the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

    + Oversees and monitors end-to-end quality control and assurance throughout the system lifecycle, including unit, integration, regression, and security testing of hardware, software, network, and operating system components.

    + Establishes and enforces standardized procedures to identify, prevent, and eliminate recurring deficiencies, strengthening compliance and operational performance.

    + Oversees the development and use of quality metrics and lessons learned to support enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Directs quality oversight of configuration management, asset tracking, and test and evaluation (T&E) processes, collaborating with stakeholders to refine standards and resolve issues.

    + Maintains oversight of program documentation, data repositories, and quality audit procedures, driving enhancements based on evolving mission requirements.

    + Develops and maintains technical task-level SOPs, with tailored quality control procedures aligned to performance requirements and deliverables.

    + Monitors and executes structured document reviews, including peer and managerial assessments, using standardized checklists and templates.

    + Validates all artifacts against Performance Work Statement (PWS) criteria and client feedback prior to submission.

    + Integrates quality reviews with Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and Technical Status Meetings (TSMs) to maintain transparency, accountability, and ongoing compliance.

    Requirements

    + Active TS/SCI Eligible Clearance

    + 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
