Join the Team Behind the Most Iconic Wilderness Experience in Montana. At Paws Up Montana, the Glamping Butler role is more than a job—it’s a lifestyle. It’s for high-energy, hospitality-driven individuals who love the outdoors and take pride in going above and beyond for guests.
You’ll be the face of one of our six luxury glamping camps, overseeing every detail of the guest experience from sunrise coffee delivery to nightly s’mores by the fire. You’re not “just a server”—you’re a host, concierge, problem-solver, bartender, team liaison, and outdoor ambassador. No two days are the same, and that’s part of the magic.

What You’ll Do
Own the Camp Experience
+ Greet guests upon arrival, learn their preferences, and build genuine connections
+ Be the go-to host for all guest needs from check-in to departure
Lead Food & Beverage Service (60% of your role)
+ Set and serve breakfast and dinner in the camp pavilion
+ Assist the chef with prep, service, and cleanup
+ Manage beer, wine, and spirits inventory and restocking
+ Deliver personalized morning coffee service to guest tents
Coordinate Across Departments
+ Act as in-camp liaison for Activities, Housekeeping, Transportation, Maintenance, and more
+ Use Microsoft Teams to log requests and communicate professionally
Keep Camp Running Smoothly
+ Maintain cleanliness of guest areas and pavilion (dishes, restocking, surface cleaning)
+ Collect, launder, and return guest laundry items promptly
+ Track daily dinner reservations and guest wine preferences
Embrace the Outdoors
+ Build and maintain campfires, assist with s’mores, and foster a sense of unplugged connection
+ Troubleshoot on the fly—stay calm, resourceful, and focused under pressure
+ Represent the Montana lifestyle with hospitality, humility, and heart
Who You Are
+ A confident, clear communicator with strong English skills
+ Outgoing and proactive—you anticipate needs and take initiative
+ Physically fit and unafraid of a long day on your feet or hands-on work
+ Flexible and unbothered by doing tasks outside your job title
+ Tech-savvy enough to use Microsoft Teams and basic resort systems
+ A team player who’s just as willing to do dishes as pour wine
+ Comfortable living and working in a remote, wilderness setting
Bonus Points If You:
+ Have experience in food and beverage, bartending, fine dining, or hospitality
+ Have worked in remote or seasonal environments
+ Know your way around a campfire or a good s’more recipe
+ Thrive under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced, guest-focused role
