    A Quick Reality Check

This role is not for you if you’re looking to coast through the season, dislike physical work, or want to stay inside all day. If you think “that’s not my job” is an acceptable answer—we’re not the right fit.

But if you love the outdoors, take pride in hospitality, and want to push yourself in a role where no two days are the same—we’d love to meet you.
