    Job Skills / Requirements

     

    This position is a security concierge officer for an office building in, Richardson, Texas. Security Officers will be in charge of patrolling the building and property, ensuring the safety of the property, and assisting tenants and visitors to the property. This is a great position for both an experienced security officer or someone new to the security field. It is a Monday - Friday position, 9 AM to 5 PM.

     

    The pay is $17.00

    SCHEDULE:

    Saturday - OFF

     

    Sunday - OFF

     

    Monday - 9 AM to 5 PM

     

    Tuesday - 9 AM to 5 PM

     

    Wednesday - 9 AM to 5 PM

     

    Thursday - 9 AM to 5 PM

     

    Friday - 9 AM to 5 PM

    Responsibilities

    + Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area

    + Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations

    + Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions

    + Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation

    + Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

     

    Skills

     

    + Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety

    + Familiarity with report writing

    + Excellent surveillance and observation skills

    + Highly motivated and have a desire for personal growth

    + Must be a team player

    + An existing security license is not necessary to apply
