Required Skills:

Finance Manager, AI Responsibilities:

1. Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the AI organization

2. Create partnerships and own relationships with the Leadership Team and their cross-functional partners

3. Drive nuanced return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas

4. Own day-to-day operational tasks related to budget management

5. Help define and implement scalable financial processes

6. Perform strategic and ad-hoc business analysis as required

Minimum Qualifications:

7. 7+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics

8. BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent

9. Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

10. Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting

11. Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders

12. Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and experience multi-tasking in a dynamic environment

14. Experience in data analytics, developing code, and/or forecasting (SQL, Python, R)

Public Compensation:

$115,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
