Summary:
The Reality Labs group is looking for a Director of Integrated Marketing to help shape the future of AI Wearables devices. In this role, you will lead campaign and marketing programs for the current and future Wearables portfolio, directly manage a team of integrated marketers, and lead the greater cross-functional teams responsible for Wearables marketing. Your team will be responsible for defining global marketing plans, partnering with cross-functional teams to lead best-in-class go-to-market for new hardware and product launches, and leading the development of breakthrough global integrated marketing programs and campaigns that deliver against business goals. This role will also lead our relationships with brand partners like Ray-Ban, driving mutual growth and results. You will have demonstrated experience leading and influencing partners and cross-functional teams to develop effective integrated marketing plans using analytical rigor, understanding of consumer and market and the right mix of brand and product knowledge. You are an accomplished marketing leader with strategic and creative instincts honed at the world's best brands, experience demonstrating the short-and long-term return effectiveness and efficiency, and a proven record of building, supporting, and inspiring multi-disciplinary marketing teams. You excel in a high growth environment and is effective at establishing collaborative working relationships with various teams across disciplines and levels.
Required Skills:
Global Director of Wearables Marketing Responsibilities:
1. Build, manage, and nurture the marketing team responsible for Wearables portfolio
2. Lead the global marketing strategy, campaign, and program development for the Wearables portfolio
3. Establish partnerships with cross-functional partners including Creative, Product Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Insights, Product Management, Retail, Media, and more
4. Lead relationships with brand partners and external agencies and create impactful campaign work
5. Demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investment for the business through both short- and long-term measurement, across brand & performance metrics
6. Represent the Marketing team with marketing, Reality Labs, and company-level leadership
7. Proactively detect the largest problems impacting their team's execution and makes decisions that resolve and manage dependencies

8. 15+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and brand strategy
9. 8+ years of experience managing consumer marketing teams with experience developing integrated marketing programs for large global brands
10. 5+ years of experience working on consumer technology brands/products
11. Experience partnering with Insights and Analytics to learn, iterate, and evaluate
12. Experience managing global budgets, with a focus on stewarding responsible spend that drives business goals
13. Experience managing brand partner, driving mutual growth and results
14. Experience building and scaling a brand, business, and organization

Public Compensation:
$227,000/year to $296,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
