Overview

The **Director Corporate Human Resources** will lead and align human resources initiatives with business goals while ensuring robust HR policy governance and compliance.

This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing proactive HR partnership, while also owning the development, implementation, and oversight of enterprise-wide HR policies and procedures.

This is an in-office role in our Atlanta, GA Headquarters. No remote options available.

About You

+ Be able to p rovide strategic HR business partner consultation to corporate leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning.

+ Expertise in Human Resources practices and employment law, HR-related industry regulations (e.g. federal, state, ACHC)

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or a minimum of ten years’ relevant experience in a progressive HR role, including team leadership and multi-state oversight

+ HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.

+ Strong ability to establish cohesive partnerships and work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
