    As a Manager for Security Technology, you will be responsible for working with a variety of systems such as CCTV, intrusion alarm, fire alarm, and CX-paging. You will also be managing and identifying installing contractors to work on Remodel, Expansion, New and Takeover.

     

    What you'll do...

     

    + Overseeing Remodel and New, Expansion and Takeover for Walmart and Sam’s Club.

    + Sending weekly updates to stakeholders such as AP – Asset Protection, construction managers, store managers, Project GCs, and REX managers and any other stakeholders deemed necessary.

    + Managing and overseeing the process of advanced alarm programming and network communication device solutions and processes.

    + Resolving complex alarm, CCTV and CX communication opportunities.

    + Developing and implementing high level and comprehensive analytics to find efficiencies.

    + Managing security projects by interpreting, modifying, and formulating changes to specification documents.

    + Communicating project plans to key stakeholders and project team members.

    + Identifying and communication goals and objectives.

    + Building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results.

    + Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.

    + Completing projects on time and on budget.

    What you'll bring:

    + You have knowledge in alarm systems

    + You have experience with VMS platforms

    + You have NICET II FA for VSST

    + You have previous experience in project management

    + You are self-motivated and can work independently

    + You take initiative and can make quick decisions

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Must be able to travel 80% of the time to oversee various projects

    + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in security systems, electronics, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in security systems, electronics, or related area

    + 4 – 6 years of experience in emergency management

    + 1 – 3 years of experience supervising associates

    The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
