Software M&A Integration, Go-to-Market Lead

Introduction
Employees will facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations resulting in legal agreements or other types of commitments, such as membership in a business partner's technology alliance (e.g., ecosystem) program.
Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for go-to-market integration planning and execution through all phases of M&A acquisition integration to meet/exceed acquisition business case and synergy objectives. You will work collaboratively with teams across IBM and the acquired company, including Software business units, Sales (all routes to market), Marketing, Services, Customer Success, and Corporate Development to achieve integration objectives.
You will provide go-to-market integration leadership throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including due diligence, and will lead the go-to-market effort during integration to maximize synergy value creation. You will be accountable for achieving critical integration milestones including Day 1 Readiness, transfer of employment, and integration completion. The Software M&A Go-To-Market Lead plays a crucial role in supporting our growth strategy by successfully driving the integration of acquired companies into IBM Software business units from a go-to-market point of view, while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required technical and professional expertise
At least 10 years of experience in go-to-market execution (sales, partner, marketing, seller customer success management, professional services, seller incentives, etc.
SaaS go-to-market execution experience highly valued.
Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to lead, inspire and transform cross-functional teams to common outcomes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making
Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
Ability to engage with and influence senior executives
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Essential project or program management skills, defining milestones to achieve ultimate outcomes
